What We Do
We support developers at every stage of the BNG process from the initial ecological survey right through to fulfilling all planning conditions. Our guidance is knowledgeable and reliable, grounded in our dual experience as both active developers and dedicated land stewards.

We offer:
Off-site BNG units available from as little as 0.01 units, scaling to hundreds for larger developments
A diverse range of habitat types- including naïve woodland, enriched hedgerows, wildflower meadows and ponds
Units secured through a Section 106 agreement with the Local Planning Authority, providing a clear legal framework
Registration on Natural England’s official Biodiversity Gain Site Register, ensuring full national compliance
BNG Supply and Assurance Agreements that transfer long-term habitat delivery and management responsibilities from developer to us
End-to-end project management from ecological survey and site due diligence through to final unit allocation
Collaboration with a network of professional ecologists to ensure accurate, project-specific surveys
A comprehensive 30-year Habitat Management and Monitoring Plan (HMMP), with transparent reporting at years 1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30
Knowledgeable guidance throughout- drawing on our experience as both developers and land managers
Immediate allocation: We have units available to allocate immediately.
